Yes. Bespoke Medicine works best alongside your insurance. You’ll still want coverage for hospital visits, procedures, and specialist care.
Yes. Dr. Tassa partners with trusted providers who accept your insurance for labs, imaging, vaccines, and specialist care. If you’re out of network, we’ll help you find the right fit or arrange discounted rates on labs, imaging, and medications through our preferred partners.
No. This model is relationship-based, not transactional. Membership includes unlimited visits and continuous care, all designed around you.
Everything you need for comprehensive primary care. Membership includes unlimited in-office and virtual visits, direct access to Dr. Tassa, same- or next-day appointments, annual preventive exams, care coordination, and ongoing support between visits. Home visits are also available for members (additional charges apply).

Bespoke Medicine is designed for adults 18 and older. If you’re seeking care for your family, please reach out; Dr. Tassa reviews these requests on a case-by-case basis.
You’ll have direct access to Dr. Tassa wherever you are. She can coordinate prescriptions, telehealth visits, and local referrals as needed, ensuring continuity of care no matter where you go.
The office is open Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Members can also easily reach Dr. Tassa after hours when needed.
No portals. No phone trees. Just direct access to your physician.
We don’t bill insurance or issue superbills. Membership covers your care completely within our office, with no surprise charges or coded visit claims. Because visits are included in your membership, there’s no per-visit billing and therefore no superbill is generated. (Note: Outside facilities, such as laboratories or imaging centers, may still generate claims through your insurance.)
